I thought I was purchasing something really good until I tried to use this warranty for the first time this week. Come to find out, my RV repair facility that I have been using for 13years is not accepted by NO COST/ RV GUARD due to a 6 month warranty provision. And I am not having any luck finding any Rv shop that will do that. When I called their company, they could not even give me a facility that would accept my warranty. Unless this can get worked out, I M very disappointed and feel like I have wasted 4800 dollars.

UPDATE: So the above post I had put up a few days ago with a 2 star rating. As of now today, I was able to work things out with my repair company that I had been using for the past 13 years. Let me acknowledge now that the sales person Michael at no cost repair has ALWAYS been nothing less than 5 star. I called him when I had the issues this time and he was very helpful. I absolutely recommend him. If you have an Rv and decide to purchase this warranty, I would call your shop and make sure they will honor the 6 months or 6000 mile stipulation on this warranty. Michael is the reason I can change this rating to a much more favorable rating and recommend them now.
