I recently purchased my extended warranty. Not sure if I would ever use it, and how the process truly worked. Until this week, the water pump stopped working in my class C, motor home.I took my motor home to the local independent shop, to get the repairs done. The great news was, the shop was very familiar with the extended warranty company. Sharing with me, their past experience was great. When dealing with this company, and the claims getting approved in a timely manner.Yes they were correct. Fast and easy, no hassle. We had a claim number and an approval promptly. The independent shop did the work and I had my motor home returned the following day. We started this exploration of extended warranties back in June of 2023 -- looking at three companies. One eliminated themselves rather quickly as I shared with them I was just checking options -- they continued to call/text me at least once or twice a week even after I told them I was just looking @ options. Down to two -- comparing the policies and what was being offered as well as the price narrowed it down to one -- No Repair Cost. The best part of this was Michael who helped me navigate the comparisons, answer my questions, was extremely patient with me making my final decision (about 5 months), and cost of the plan by far sold me. Purchased our 7 year Platinum plan for our travel trailer today. Micheal was great to work with. He found the perfect warranty plan for me. I purchased the 5 year Platinum plan which is basically the same plan that was purchased at the dealer when my unit was purchased new.
